That’s why we need a Plasma Strategy Senior Analyst like you.MissionThe Plasma Strategy Sr Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Planning Operations, who acts as Chief of Staff to the President of Global Plasma Procurement. This position is essential for driving the execution of the business unit’s strategy, developing a robust governance model to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness, and fostering communication and collaboration across departments to implement strategic initiatives successfully.What your responsibilities will be
- Coordinate and oversee strategic and operational projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for executive meetings.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.
- Identify and resolve operational and strategic issues.
- Support decision-making through data analysis and research.
- Conduct data analysis and derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with Plasma teams to ensure the execution of business strategies and action plans

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in consulting roles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project management and team coordination.
- Familiarity with PowerBI and other analytics and visualization tools.
- Experience in Life Sciences and/or Retail industries is advantageous.
