Organizational Leadership:
- Be responsible for the Plant and lead all aspects of manufacturing operations, facilities, materials and employees.
- Lead a cross-functional organization and operational value stream by setting objectives, developing plans, executing daily management activities and implementing corrective action (as required) to ensure customer success
- Drive collaborative relationships with other Regal Rexnord plants to foster a “One Team” mentality
- Ability to establish organizational vision in both quantitative and qualitative measures with the ability to progress toward established vision.

Drive Business Performance – SQDC:
- Utilize an 80/20 mindset to overserve our top customers through strong operational performance
- Effectively develop, communicate and align the organization around the business’ Key Performance Indicators to ensure performance targets are achieved.
- Champion all EH&S efforts. Ensure that employee and product safety are the top priority. Drive a culture of Safety, zero accidents and actively provide leadership relative to safety accountability with site leadership team.
- With the site leadership team, lead the business management cadence (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) that drives Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost performance throughout the organization.
- Responsible for operational and financial performance of the business focused on Revenue, Operating Income and Cash performance. Effectively manage budgets and spending to achieve long and short term business objectives.
- Partner with other Site Leaders, Business Unit, Business Segment and Central Functions to ensure both Regal Rexnord’s and Customer’s Success.
Talent Management:
- Provide experienced and effective leadership, coaching and mentorship for the organization.
- With Plant Leadership and HR Business Partner, lead talent management system for the plant, driving organizational effectiveness, proper structure and employee development aligned with achieving business objectives.
- Identify, recruit and retain top talent. Talent hawk.
Continuous Improvement Leadership:
- Set a clear vision for the site with a supporting Continuous Improvement (CI) Roadmap to achieve the intended future state.
- Lead the development, organizational alignment and achievement of long term value stream/operational improvement priorities (Policy Deployment).
- Lead Daily Management activities at Gemba to drive SQDC performance and improvement across the business.
- Lead and engage employees during daily management, kaizens and projects to drive continuous improvement and foster a progressive organization.
- Leverage knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement principles to solve problems utilizing a structured, data-driven, fact-based and team oriented approach.
- Establish and lead an organization energized by effective problem solving, defect elimination and effective root cause corrective action.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will have proven experience:
- Master’s degree or equivalent related experience required, advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years (Production, Mfg Eng, Quality), min. 3-5 year in Leadership role in a manufacturing company, preferably in machining industry
- proven managerial experience, adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
- technical background, familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
- be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
- result and performance oriented, decision-making skills, communication and change management, strong teamwork and people management skills
- very good command of English
- knowledge of Lean tools (Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma required – Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma preferred)
- experience with 80/20 business simplification preferred
