Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Could you be the full-time Planning & Operation Department Manager in Copenhagen we are looking for?Your future role:As our manager of the planning department, you will lead the team responsible of scheduling activities for the ERTMS projects in Denmark.The complex projects are covering a wide scope of activities, from engineering, installation, migration and test & commissioning departments. Day-to-day, in this role, you will work close together with our project directors, project managers, engineering department head and installation manager.You will be responsible to :
- Manage our dynamic and multi-cultural team of Project Planning managers and Document Managers.
- Develop talents in the team to grow our people.
- Drive the planning and scheduling on-time culture during our operations.
- Secure operational performance thanks to our KPI tracking (OTD, EDP,…).
- Strong analytical skills and proactive agile approach to reach our targets.
- Lead your department reporting on regular occurences with site management, customer management and alstom colleagues from our international network.
- Shape your team following our company values and your personnal inspiration.

- Graduated with a Master’s degree.
- Professional experience (5years+) of Department Manager role in an Industrial or Complex Projects environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to inspire our colleagues.
- Decision-making and problem-solving ability, LEAN enthousiast
- Scheduling tool: MS Project as a minimum, preference for Primavera P6 or similar tools
- Language skills required: As our corporate official language is English, a fluent level of English is required. Danish is a plus.
