What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Service Planner.

Role Overview

You will be a crucial link between the customer, internal, and field service teams. Acting as a coordinator, you will plan all operational activities, including malfunctions, inspections, maintenance, and projects. In this role, you will closely collaborate with all stakeholders, including the customer, account managers, project and contract managers, service engineers, third parties, and suppliers. Your goal is to plan operations as effectively and efficiently

as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Organizing and Planning

• Plan on-call services, inspections, maintenance, and projects for both internal and field service teams.
• Initiate and schedule outsourced services.

Developing, Optimizing, and Improving Planning Activities

• Work with your colleagues to further develop the planning process and implement improvements.
• Optimize operations in the broadest sense, ensuring that inspections, maintenance, malfunctions, and projects are executed more efficiently and effectively.

Skills & Qualities

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in personnel planning within a service-oriented, technical and/or logistics organization
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

This position is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.
