Who are we looking for?

We now have an opportunity for a Production Planner to join our team in the Dunaharaszti site in Hungary. In this role you will be working for MAES, a business unit of Element Solutions Inc (NYSE: ESI).

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will need to work closely with all the functions (purchasing, manufacturing, quality, logistics), must oversee the smooth running of the Production Planning section ensuring that there are sufficient resources available at all times.

-Carry out the Planning and Co-ordination of Manufacturing to ensure a timely/ controlled flow of work into the Production Areas.
-In close liaison with the Purchasing Officer ensure the day-to-day procurement of the Plant’s and Sales Divisions’ requirements for Products, Raw Materials, Components and Services is carried out effectively within the laid down procedures. Cover the direct purchasing role in the absence of the Purchasing Officer.
-Ensure that all Customer orders are processed efficiently from Order Receipt through to collection by Customer.
-Provide work orders for production.
-Inform sales about the orders’ status.
-Create the daily work schedule with the production team leaders.
 

Who are you?

You need to have at least a secondary level education, 1-2 years of relevant experience, high level of English language as well as high level of Excel knowledge. Hungarian is also a must.

To be successful in this role you must be a very confident PC user, have good organization and communications skills, and calm personality.
