You will join a Commercial Pipeline Management team and help define user needs in development projects for new innovative products and services. On a day-to-day basis, you will drive the commercial work-streams of innovation projects and work in cross-functional project teams together with innovation project managers. In the early phases of our innovation projects, you will provide commercial / strategic guidance based on market and customer insights and you will ensure that our products are optimally priced and positioned in a dynamic and competitive market.Some of your most important tasks will be to:

  • Act as marketing commercial project-lead in cross-functional development teams with the responsibility for setting the commercial direction for new products and services
  • Define the global launch strategy based on customer and market research
  • Build attractive commercial case, based on forecasting of sales ambition and resource requirements
  • Define and establish product claims to support an attractive and differentiated product positioning
  • Work with clinical and financial stakeholders, e.g. key opinion leaders, nurses and buyers, to collect clinical and buyer insights to support commercial positioning for future product/service development
  • Work with our clinical and market access teams in collecting product category insights to support pricing recommendation and define our clinical- and economic evidence strategy

An experienced product manager with strong analytical skills
You are eager to grow professionally, and you enjoy the challenge of finding solutions to complex issues. Your strong networking skills make it easy for you to work with international colleagues from different parts of the organisation.

  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience within the pharma/medical device industry
  • You have relevant experience with pipeline product management, working with strategic analysis based on user insight collection
  • A team player mentality with good facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English – Danish is not a pre-requisite
  • You hold a master / BSc degree within marketing, business or equivalent

Because you are highly structured and possess a strong analytical acumen, you are capable of understanding and analysing market dynamics and translating these into concrete plans of action.
