The Position

As a Pilot Production Supporter, you will be part of preparing, supporting production regarding process and GMP, and prepare tablet batches to be ready for release.  

In this role, the focus is supporting production, updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), handling DV’s and training. You will work closely with our Campaign preparation and support team, and with stakeholders inside and outside of the department.

As part of the job, the responsibility includes making the processes GMP ready, updating documents and SOPs in collaboration with motivated colleagues. Support is provided to operators and technicians during production, with a focus on problem-solving and ensuring the right quality of the product for patients.

The main tasks will be to:
• Plan, coordinate, complete and report work.
• Prepare documentation for projects and clinical production.
• Handle data.
• Work using LEAN with continuous improvements and problem solving.
• Optimizing processes while following GMP procedures.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:
•    A master’s degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmacy, chemical engineering, biomedicine, veterinary.
•    Experience within production in a pharmaceutical setting, preferably tablet production.
•    Knowledge of GMP principles and can explain complex matters in a simple way using great communication skills.
•    Full professional proficiency in written and spoken Danish and English.

About the Department

Oral Pilot Plants is located in site Måløv and is a part of Oral Product Development (OPDev).

The Oral Pilot Plants consists of over 190 dedicated employees divided into 8 teams. The department’s focus is to produce clinical batches for phase 1, 2 and 3. The tasks also consist of optimization, upscaling and technology transfers of production processes from R&D to commercial production.
