About the College:Our client college is a highly regarded selective college known for its rigorous academic environment and focus on nurturing high-achieving students. • Deliver engaging and stimulating Physics lessons, catering to a range of ages and abilities (with a focus on preparing students for higher education in Physics).
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters a sense of wonder and exploration of the physical world.
• Develop and implement a creative and effective Physics curriculum aligned with the national curriculum and exam boards.
• Employ innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and support students in achieving their full potential, aiming for excellence in Physics.
• Play a key role in the ongoing development of the Science department, including resources and potentially lab management.

We are looking for:

• A qualified and experienced Physics teacher with a demonstrably successful teaching career, particularly at a selective college or similar high-achieving environment.
• Excellent subject knowledge in Physics and a passion for inspiring students with a strong academic aptitude.
• The ability to create engaging and interactive lessons that challenge and motivate students, aiming to develop their potential in Physics to a high level.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A commitment to fostering a love of learning and high standards of achievement, particularly in Physics.
