Make your mark for patientsWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician in Translational Medicine to join our team based in our Braine office in Belgium.About the roleThis role will provide clinical and medical leadership for our New Meds Immuno-bone or Neurology programs, driving innovative and efficient clinical plans from target identification through to clinical proof of concept (PoC).What you’ll do
- Design and author clinical study protocols, provide medical input for study setup, and oversee regulatory interactions.
- Lead clinical aspects of Immuno-bone/Neurology projects from target selection to PoC.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure high-quality clinical development plans.
- Provide clinical input to scientific advisory boards and internal strategic bodies.
- Represent Translational Medicine at governance bodies and contribute to overall strategy.
- Establish and leverage a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for high-value research collaborations.
- May have line management responsibilities.….
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
- Medical Doctor (MBBS or equivalent) with relevant post-registration experience in Immuno-bone specialties (e.g., Rheumatology, Clinical Immunology, Dermatology) or Neurology.
- PhD/MD/Master or significant industry experience in Translational Medicine.
- Preferred: MRCP (or equivalent) and PhD/MD/Master.
- Significant experience in academia or industry with clinical research trials.
- Strong medical and scientific knowledge of immuno-bone disorders and Translational Medicine principles.
- Proven track record of publications related to immuno-bone disorders and/or Translational Medicine.
- Innovative approach to early drug development.….
