The Role:

• Inspire and Engage: Deliver engaging and differentiated Physical Education lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with a focus on Gymnastics.
• Develop Physical Literacy: Develop students’ fundamental movement skills, coordination, and physical literacy, promoting a lifelong love of physical activity.
• Coach and Mentor: Coach school sports teams and mentor students in their chosen sports, encouraging participation and healthy competition.
• Pastoral Involvement: Play an active role in the pastoral care of students, supporting their well-being and personal development.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Teacher: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a genuine passion for Physical Education.
• Subject Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Gymnastics coaching techniques, safety procedures, and pedagogical approaches.
