ROLE – Photocopier Field Service Engineer – West Midlands
Working for an independent provider of managed print, document, and IT services throughout the UK. my clients have become a leading and trusted partner for many organisations. They have a commitment to providing outstanding service delivery and support across the UK .

Duties

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues on printers, copiers, and other office equipment. Additionally, the Field Service Technician will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and communication.

The candidate

* Experience in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues on printers, copiers, and other office equipment
* Understanding of network protocols and network installation
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Experience working in a field service technician role or similar technical position
* Ability to manage time and work efficiently in order to meet customer needs

Package

* Negotiable salary depending on experience
* Car or allowance of up to GBP450 / 500

* Up to 24 days leave
