The researcher will work on the application of different stimuli-responsive nanostructures in different biological scenarios. In case of having other degrees, the score will be weighted according to the number of credits of each degree as follows: (CT1*NT1 + CT2*NT2)/(CT1 + CT2); where CT is the number of credits of the degree and NT is the qualification of the degree.– Accredited level of English (maximum 1 point). B1 = 0.5 points, B2= 0.85 points, C1 = 1 pointBlock 2– Experience: Experience in cloning: design, purification and analysis of nucleotides (PCR, qPCR, Gibson Assembly, etc.) (maximum 1 point; 0.5 points/year).– Experience in protein expression in prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells: bacterial transformation and cell transfection, induction of expression, etc. (maximum 1 point; 0.5 points/year).– Experience in cell culture (maximum 2 points; 1 point/year).– Experience in biochemical analysis techniques: agarose gel electrophoresis, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, Western blot, etc. (maximum 1 point; 0.5 points/year).– Experience in synthesis and characterisation of peptide conjugates (HPLC-MS) (maximum 1 point; 0.5 points/year).Block 3: Personal interview– A personal interview will be held for those candidates who achieve a minimum score of 5 points in blocks 1 and 2 (maximum 2 points).The call may be declared deserted if the candidates do not reach a minimum score of 5 points in the selection criteria detailed in Blocks 1 and 2.The minimum score to be placed on the waiting list is 5 points.Selection processWHERE TO APPLY: UDC online services site.
