In the BioEngine Group at DTU Health Tech you will break new ground at the absolute forefront of what is possible by developing minimally invasive hydrogels for in vivo biosensing.Responsibilities and qualifications
Your primarily responsible will be to design, develop and characterize hydrogels that can be used to sense a wide variety of biophysical parameters of relevance of human health. In more detail, we expect the following:

  • A two-year master’s degree (120 ECTS points) or a similar degree with an academic level equivalent to a two-year master’s degree.
  • A master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, physics or similar is required.
  • Be excellent in establishing an overview and take responsibility.
  • Ability to plan and carry out complicated tasks.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge or experience on the subjects of hydrogel characterization, cell studies and electrical measurements.

The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations.
