Job description:
You are involved in research into new perovskite semiconductor materials. The aim is realize novel perovskite semiconductors of high optoelectronic quality and stability. The position focuses on research in the following subjects:
- Manufacturing of 2D and 3D perovskite semiconductors
- mprovement of the quality of the individual layers through “hot embossing”
- Preparation of new heterostructured perovskite materials
- Support and contributions to the LAMI-PERO project and other research projects
- Participation in reports and support in the coordination of the laboratory infrastructure
- Publication of the research results
The job offers the opportunity for an extra-occupational doctorate. The position is within the Next Generation Photovoltaics division of T.T. Prof. Dr. Ulrich W. Paetzold.
