based on full-time€ 2,901 – € 3,707Deadline31 Jan 2025This specific position focuses on using the communication/radar system/spectrum resources efficiently and effectively, to enable user-specific communications and scenario-specific human/environment sensing.The goal of this position is to develop ISAC solutions of co-existing communication devices and modular, distributed mmWave frequency/phase-modulated continuous-wave (FMCW/PMCW) multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar, to investigate how coms/radar devices can help each other, and to investigate the synchronization and interference.The expected output of this position is formulation and signal processing techniques for distributed signal processing with limited computation resources and guidelines for coms-radar co-existence for ISACYour profileWe are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and curiosity-driven researcher:
