Offer DescriptionUniversitat de Lleida invites applications for a Pre-Doctoral Fellow position for the next 3 academic years (starting on April/Juin 2025). The selected candidate will work on the PhD dissertation topic “The king and the plague. Analysis of the registers of Chancellery of the Archives of the Crown of Aragon (1348-c. 1500)” in the framework of the research project “Mortality crises in the Northwestern Mediterranean, 11th-16th centuries: Narrative memory, serial records and the construction of sociodemographic indexes” [MORTALITAS] (PID2023-151785NB-I00), under the direction of Professor Pere Benito i Monclús (PI). The successful applicant will join the MORTALITAS research team and carry out his/her doctoral thesis at the Universitat de Lleida.
