M. Hernández Rivas, the Researcher will participate in a variety or research, data base, ethical, and clerical duties of complex and technical nature for the HARMONY Alliance in one or more of the disease pillars of the projects (ALL, AML, CLL, CML, HD, MDS, MM, MPN, NHL, and/or Paediatric HMs). This is a cross-sectional position, and the researcher will collaborate with other HARMONY Alliance Foundation collaborators across the different tasks of the organisation, as required but with a strong focus on:The researcher will participate in ‘bench-to-bedside research projects’ team meetings. The candidate should be able to respond to routine questions related to study protocols and to follow up with data providers to select the data to be shared.Any eligible candidate should be familiar with HMs in order to review data in the HARMONY Platform, participate in data curation activities, and support data scientist and data analysts in the analysis and interpretation of the data.The candidate will assist the data controller to check the compliance of HARMONY’s data providers with the established ‘de-facto anonymization’ procedure, the relevant guidelines, and other pertinent ethical and legal issues.Any additional tasks commissioned by the Board of Trustees.Excellent English command is required to communicate and coordinate with other members of the research team in an international environment, to set goals, resolve problems and make decisions.The candidate should be pro-active and assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks in the ‘bench-to-bedside research projects’ where he/she participates and suggest action plans to move forwardSpecific Requirements1.To have the Spanish nationality, a member country of the European Union or being an alien with residence and work2.To have College degree required, Ph. D. and Bachelor of Science in Biology. • Type of contract:

Indefinite-term contract. (Art 23. Bis de la ley 14/2011 LCTI).Full-time employee.The position may require in-demand peaks of activity and schedules flexibility to meet set milestones. The selected candidate may be willing to travel.

2.749,50€ euros gross a month, including the proportional part of the two extra payments.

• Proven ability to establish relationships. The researcher will be working closely with high pharmaceutical officials, professors, renowned medical practitioners, patient representatives, etc. The candidate should be familiar with clinical, patient related-, and regulatory outcomes.

• Prefer candidate should have experience on the application of advanced high-throughput cytogenetic and molecular biology techniques in the study of genomic abnormalities in two or more of HARMONY Alliance’s disease pillars (ALL, AML, CLL, CML, HD, MDS, MM, MPN, NHL, and/or Paediatric HMs) and their implications at clinical level.

• Experience with Excel, knowledge of techniques and software tools in Genomic arrays; Transcriptomic studies; and Next-generation sequencing.

• Experience with data platforms or databases that help with molecular data interpretation (SNPs, Mutations – clinical relevance, Mutations – oncogenic potential evaluation).

• Minimum of six years relevant experience (e.g. research, clinical, postdoctoral studies in ALL, AML, CLL, CML, HD, MDS, MM, MPN, NHL, and/or Paediatric HMs).

• Knowledge about the HARMONY Alliance or any other international projects in haematology is a plus.

Analysis phase and curricular value of all nominations received, classified on the basis of better adaptation of the Curriculum Vitae to the profile established and compliance with the requirements.2. Personal interview: the three candidates with the highest marks in Phase 1 will be invited to apply, provided that their marks in Phase 1 exceed one half plus one.
