Offer DescriptionFirst.- Start the selection process for the recruitment of 1 PhD in Research, inaccordancewiththecriteria,requirements, and selection system that is set in the document hereto annexed.RequirementsResearch Field Biological sciences » Other Education Level PhD or equivalentSkills/QualificationsThe functions to be performed will be the following:– Supporting researchers in the formulation of projects.– Identify projects to be incorporated into the platform, collaborate in the design and in other technical-scientific activities for their correct implementation (such as the assessment of feasibility and budgetary and staffing needs of the projects).– Lead and coordinate clinical research projects, under the supervision of the coordinator/scientific manager, ensuring that they are correctly carried out at all stages, from the initial planning of the study to the closure of the study activities. Coordinate the work of the monitors and take care of the management of medication, biological samples, contracts with the centres and insurance policy contracts.– Supervise the development of a clinical trial in the centres, and ensure that the study is carried out in accordance with the protocol, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and current regulations.– Support in the creation of essential documents and archiving.– Submission and follow-up of applications to CEIm and Regulatory Authorities, from the start-up of the project until its completion.Specific Requirements1.Be a Spanish national, a national of a member country of the European Union or a foreigner with aresidence and work permit in Spain.2. To Have a Doctorate Degree in Health Sciences.The minimum requirements must be accredited with those certificates that are valid in law, including all thosethat demonstrate the aforementioned professional experience, in line with the functions to be performed andthe assessment criteria.In the case of qualifications obtained abroad, their homologation must necessarily be accredited.The conclusion of the contract is subject to the availability of the project’s budget and to the successfulcandidate’s compliance with the requirements of current employment legislation. Curricular assessment of merits and abilities (0-27 points)a) Demonstrable experience as a clinical trial manager of more than 2 years (0-4 points).b) Demonstrable experience in monitoring clinical trials of more than 3 years (0-3 points).c) Demonstrable experience in preparing documentation for submission to IRBs and health authorities (0-2 points).d) Demonstrable experience in project management (0-2 points).e) Knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP accreditation (0-2 points).f) Knowledge of pharmacovigilance (0-2 points).(g) Training in national and European legislation applicable to ECCC (0-2 points).h) Training in clinical research (0-2 points).i) Training in medical devices (0-2 points).(j) Performance in similar posts will be valued (0-2 points).(k) High level of English (0-2 points).l) Certificate of disability (0-2 points).Selection processThe selection process is governed by the principles of publicity, equality, merit, andability,constitutingtheeffectone selecting body composed of representatives of the group of research and oftheTechnicalUnitofmanagement of IBSAL.The selection process will consist of two phases:1. Analysis phase and curricular value of all nominations received, classified on the basisofbetteradaptationof the Curriculum Vitae to the profile established and compliance with the requirements.2. Personal interview: the three candidates with the highest marks in Phase 1 will beinvitedtoapply,providedthat their marks in Phase 1 exceed one half plus one.
