In particular, we wish to gain a better understanding of how various data types contain reliable signals of animal health and parasite load, including data from blood, faeces, epigenetics, and video-based behavioural assays. Data processing will take place using various methods in deep learning and regression. The primary goal will be to identify links in the various data types that lead to useful inferences for the livestock industry and animal conservation.
