British American Trieste has an exciting opportunity for a Pharma Admin Intern in Trieste Factory

As a Pharma Admin Intern, you’ll join our pharmaceutical production team, gaining hands-on experience and training in Good Manufacturing Practices. You’ll support daily operations across Production, Maintenance, Legal, and Supply, while learning about inventory and supplier management, and contributing to continuous improvement projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support the monitoring and management of consumables and spare parts inventory.
• Assist in the identification and registration of new suppliers and request and collect quotations from current suppliers.
• Support the creation and follow-up of Purchase Orders (POs) and framework agreements.
• Interact actively with the Production and Maintenance departments to ensure process efficiency and operational continuity.
• Contribute to process documentation and improvement projects.

What are we looking for?

• Degree or academic background in Economics, Engineering, or Humanities – graduated of final year
• Previous experience with basic knowledge of production processes and/or inventory management is considered an advantage
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite, and a good level of Excel.
• Advanced level of English and Italian.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, confidentiality, and a strong team-oriented attitude.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, strong organizational skills and problem-solving approach.
