Personal Assistant to Director / £30,000 – £33,000 / Hybrid / Gravesend My client, a leading global distributor, is seeking a PA to support a Senior Director and their division, in providing effective secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the division.Key Responsibilities:

• Diary management
• Travel organisation
• Organising of conference calls
• Minute taking
• Organising events
• Managing office and stationary
• General admin support for the division

Essential skills and experience:

• Previous experience as a personal assistant
• Experience maintaining confidentiality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities
• Attention to detail in planning and execution
• Flexibility to work beyond normal business hours when required

Package:

• £30,000 to £33,000 per annum
• Hybrid working available – 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
• Bonus
