Allianz Holding Eins is responsible for Central Europe (CE) focusing on strategic development, planning and leadership for financial services sectors within the region. The region covers 11 countries in total Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia and Ukraine.
Job Purpose/Role
This position is a key role to coordinate all administrative issues on behalf of the Regional CEO CE. This includes time management, calendar management and alignment of events and delivery deadlines as well as tracking follow ups. .
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a proactive and efficient office management for the Regional CEO CE, including scheduling, travel management, organization of meetings/video conferences, filing and document management.
- Prepare and handle independently in- and outgoing office correspondence in German and English
- Assist in preparation of briefings, presentations, etc.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties, e.g. coordination of events
- Managing flight & hotel bookings, taking care of travel cost reimbursements.
- Support office/facility management
- Deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential matters.
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
- 3-5 years secretarial and assistant experience at management level in an international corporate environment
- Excellent English and German, both written and spoken;
- Outstanding computer literacy (Microsoft 365 tools); open for/experienced in the usage of new digital tools and technologies
- Strong secretarial skills, knowledge and experience in general office procedures/management
- High degree of flexibility and proven ability to navigate a fast-paced environment
- Very strong organizational skills and competence to work accurately, efficiently and independently
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to relate effectively with diverse audiences
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
For this position we offer a monthly gross salary of at least EUR 40.000 gross (full-time basis). Overpay is possible in case of and depending on appropriate experience, qualifications and commitment.
