To provide PA support including coverage for the following activities at a minimum:
Calendar management when required (day-to-day, fiscal year planning and time management).
Conference room booking.
Assist in planning, scheduling and management of logistics for business group meetings (All Hands), onsite and offsite events.
Planning and co-ordination of extensive world-wide travel plans, including logistics and itineraries.
New hire set-up.
Creation of Morale events.
Organisation of Executive Visits.
HeadTrax (MSS) maintenance.
Support the maintenance of department Sharepoints, social networks and web organization.
Creation of Purchase Orders.
Updating distribution lists/organization charts.
Has demonstrated work experience supporting a Senior Executive in a fast paced and complex environment.
Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft products including Outlook, Microsoft Office and Windows is required
Strong calendar, planning and organisational skills.
Exercises sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism in all transactions, demonstrating a positive can-do attitude.
Is self-driven; must possess an aptitude to work independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
