About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Permit Coordinator to join our team in Slough, working on a state-of-the-art data centre project. As a Permit Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all necessary permits are obtained and maintained, coordinating with various teams to guarantee compliance and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate the application and renewal of all necessary permits and licences.
* Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of all permits and related documentation.
* Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and stakeholders.
* Address any issues or delays in the permitting process promptly.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the data centre or construction industry.
* Strong understanding of permit regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
