In a context of strong business growth (organic + stores opening) in Turkey, you will lead the HR strategy for both HQ & Retail and oversee the operational Human Resources management, in alignment with Global Sephora HR strategy.

Reporting to the General Manager and functionally to the Human Resources Director One Europe, you are part of the Turkish Management Committee.

This role is based in Istanbul.

-Be responsible for creating a vibrant and engaging employee journey for our talents.
-Ensure HR policies and practices comply with relevant laws, regulations and cultural norms, and promote DE&I across our HQ and stores.
-Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talents and develop retention strategies that consider employee satisfaction, career progression opportunities and personal growth.
-Ensure the roll-out of global LVMH and Sephora HR processes regarding compensation review, talent development, employee listening, performance evaluation, etc.
-Nurture constructive relationships with the Europe and global HR teams and be the point of contact for Turkey in the deployment of international projects.
-Actively work to foster employee growth and development.
-Contribute to building constructive succession plans.
-Partner with the General Manager and the leadership team as a trusted advisor, translating business priorities into clear people plans and measurable actions.
-Develop and adapt the local people’s strategy to meet current and future workforce needs, ensuring alignment with Sephora and LVMH priorities.
-Lead organizational evolution and change initiatives across HQ and Retail, ensuring business continuity and strong, engaging employee experience.
-Build strong talent review and succession routines, encouraging internal mobility and leadership continuity for critical roles.
-Leverage HR analytics and employee listening insights to identify trends, measure impact, and continuously improve our practices.
-Oversee core HR cycles and services (TA, development, learning, total rewards, performance, employee relations, HR administration, payroll and HRIS) with rigor, simplicity and consistency.
-Strengthening leadership capability and a culture of recognition, ensuring our values, DE&I commitments and ethical standards are lived every day.
-Contribute to Europe and Group initiatives, ensuring local deployment is pragmatic, compliant and impactful.

-Extensive experience (15+ years) in HR leadership positions, preferably in a multinational context.
-Global understanding of all HR expertise.
-Fluent in Turkish and English; Turkey experience is a must; international experience is a plus.
