Our Brand Marketing team oversees the marketing strategy of Sephora’s top brand partners at European level. These experts roll up their sleeves and advise our brands on the best way to market their products, working closely with all Sephora European marketing experts, omnichannel enthusiasts and local teams in 16 countries.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

As a Brand Marketing Group Manager, you will be responsible to design and lead the execution of the Fragrance omnichannel marketing strategy for the European region (including retail activation, ecommerce, CRM, Social Media, Media, PR & events…).

In this perspective, you will act as a:

Brand Activation Advisor

-Establish and manage brand relationships for all marketing topics, inclusive of online and offline activations, conversion-oriented digital projects and data sharing
-Advise on brand investment in animations and budget monitoring
-Develop and coordinate overall strategy for brand growth by defining a personalized activation roadmap with all levers allowing to improve performances, consistently in all Sephora’s ecosystem in all European countries
-Support our Merchant team strategy and Offer priorities by building an adequate animation strategy for each brand
-Lead relevant key external meeting with brands (negotiation, kick-off for launches, business reviews, quarterly, monthly, bi-weekly meetings…)
-Analyze all elements of the brands performances to identify areas of opportunity and share relevant data with partners
 

Animation developer

-Develop omnichannel and trade animations and deliver to countries according to established planning
-Lead the development of 360° supports with internal experts: creative, merchandising, ecommerce, CRM, social media, media, RP & training
-Build with the brands and internal experts powerful activation toolboxes for different Sephora programs
-Lead all internal key marketing meetings to guarantee project execution and perfect communication within all teams
 

Country advisor

-Serve as the main marketing contact on brand activations and marketing category strategy for countries & support local teams on all brand animation subjects
-Ensure the deployment of EU strategy across the zones
 

Cross-Functional Marketing Lead

-Build partnerships cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization
-Define process and ways of working
-Pilot business relation with external partners
 

Manager

-You have a Master degree (business school or equivalent university Master 2)
-Minimum 10+ years project management experience in retail / digital marketing
-Extremely strong ability to collaborate, work with different teams, in different countries and lead cross functionally
-Demonstrated ability to develop brand marketing strategies and exceptionally strong relationships/partnerships with brands.
-High-level problem solving and analytical skills, working well within ambiguity and navigating a complex business
-Strong leadership, verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills both in French and English
-A deep passion for beauty
-Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

En tant que responsable Brand Marketing, vous serez en charge d’écrire et de leader l’exécution de la stratégie marketing omnicanale des marques Sélectives pour la région Europe. Vous serez le contact clé pour nos marques stratégiques concernant l’intégralité de leur plan marketing chez Sephora (activations retail, ecommerce, CRM, Social Media, Media….) et vous superviserez l’ensemble de l’équipe Brand Marketing Sélectif. Vous reporterez à la Directrice Brand Marketing Europe.

Brand Activation Advisor

-Etablir et gérer la relation marque sur tous les sujets marketing omnicanal comprenant les activations online et offline, des projets digitaux de long terme et le data sharing pour tous nos pays d’Europe en soutien des brand marketing managers.
-Orienter les investissements marques et le suivi des budgets
-Soutenir la stratégie de nos équipes Catégories et les priorités de l’Offre en construisant des plans animations adaptées à chaque marque
-Leader, pour les équipes marketing, tous les meetings externes clés avec les marques (négociations, kick-off de lancements, business et marketing reviews, meetings réguliers…)
-Analyser tous les éléments de performance marque pour identifier les opportunités de croissance et les partager avec les partenaires
-Travailler en cohérence totale avec la stratégie Offre, en duo avec les responsables Category Management de tous les axes.
 

Animation developer
