Our mission is to promote cross-cultural understanding by focusing on leadership development through practical experiences, cultural exchange, and community engagement.We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers between years 18 and 30 to fill various exciting roles in our global, youth-led organization! 🌐As a Performance Specialist with AIESEC, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our internal performance standards. You’ll be responsible for monitoring and improving the fulfillment of our MXP (Member Experience) Standards, ensuring our members receive the best possible experience during their time with AIESEC. No extensive experience is required to apply.Skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and timelines effectively.
  • Basic skills in managing and analyzing data related to performance metrics

What you’ll do

  • Monitor MXP Standards Fulfillment: Regularly track and evaluate the performance of our teams to ensure adherence to the MXP Standards
  • Create Strategies for Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to elevate the level of MXP Standards across the organization.
  • Develop Educational Materials: Design and deliver educational content to help teams understand and apply the MXP Standards effectively.
