We work closely with all parties to address challenges, provide guidance on HR policies, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the full employee lifecycle. Our team is responsible for providing essential support to all employees, managers, and other HR teams. Our day-to-day work includes communication with stakeholders, administration of employment-related paperwork, keeping our HR database up-to-date, and providing overall company support through various projects and initiatives. This is a dynamic role with exposure to international HR practices, knowledge, and opportunities. \nWhat you will do

  • You will provide advice and guidance to managers in developing, documenting, and communicating solutions for individual employee relations cases, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance and potential organization risk mitigation.
  • You will build effective working relationships with the internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality professional services.
  • You will manage the preparation and administration of complex employment -related documentation and its administration (Employment-related documents and amendments, Occupational Safety and Health, Fire Protection, Medical checks, etc.).
  • You will support our employees in various HR-related topics throughout their employment lifecycle and other HR functions in daily operations (e.g., onboarding and offboarding, benefits, etc.).
  • By actively participating in process setup, you will continuously improve internal policies to ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.

What you will need

  • You bring previous experience in a People Relations, HR Generalist, or other similar HR-related role You have a proven track record of working on complex people projects within a fast changing environment.
  • You are an advisor, a collaborator and an expert in your field, stakeholder relationship management and team centricity are important to you.
  • You have an advanced knowledge of the Labor Code, preferably Czech, Slovak, and/or Spanish employment law.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English languages.
  • MS Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets are tools you already rely on to carry out your daily work.
  • You are a detail-oriented and organized person and you know how to set up priorities and manage your time.
  • User-level knowledge of HCM systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday are preferred.
