The position
You will be able to actively support the implementation of Novo Nordisk Portugal P&O strategy. As a P&O Trainee at Novo Nordisk, you will:

-Assist in recruitment processes
-Support training and development initiatives
-Assist with compensation and benefits administration
-Contribute to enhance our culture
-Participate in HR policy development
This is a full-time trainee position for 12 months. We offer a salary compensation according to professional internship and meal allowance.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or is finishing a bachelor’s degree or master’s in human resource management, organisational psychology, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
On top of what we would expect:
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to support decision-making.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-A proactive and collaborative mindset.
-Strong organisational and attention to detail.
-Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
-Fluency in Portuguese and English
-Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

You will join the People & Organisation team at Novo Nordisk in Lisbon. Our department is dedicated to supporting the management of the organisation’s human resources.
