Are you nerdy about details, good at thinking innovatively, and like it when things move fast? Trustpilot is currently going through a growth spurt, and we are therefore looking for a talented People Operations Student Assistant to join our People Operations Team, based in Copenhagen. You’ll be supporting the People Operations Team of three through all aspects of the employee lifecycle on a global scale, from hire to retire. At Trustpilot, no day is the same, and you’ll play a crucial part in providing our Trusties with a smooth employee experience through these changing times, which requires that you’re both service-minded and motivated. Your role in a nutshell will involve the maintenance of our current processes, while constantly working on improving and upgrading them through automation, to minimize manual processes. This role involves a lot of problem-solving, and it requires that you don’t just settle with things being the way they are, but that you constantly think of better solutions. We don’t want the status quo, we want the future!What you’ll be doing:Things you’ll support us with:
- Onboarding and offboarding employees globally in the systems
- Create employment contracts, offer letters, addendums, and other necessary documentation for our employees upon request
- Data maintenance in our Human Resource Information System (Sage People)
- Annual processes, such as salary review and promotions
- Maintenance and creation of reports for different stakeholders
- Handling queries and requests from our employees regarding absences and company policies
- Ad hoc projects
You’ll work 15-20 hours weekly.Who you are:
- Maintains an upbeat and constructive outlook on tasks
- A critical thinker, accurate, with immaculate attention to detail
- Service-minded and a strong collaborator
- Able to work autonomously and learn new skills and concepts rapidly
- Currently studying a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or something similar
- Some knowledge of HR processes and the employee lifecycle is not a requirement but is beneficial
- High computer literacy and advanced user of G-suite and MS Office
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
