We value diversity, teamwork, and innovation, and we are committed to providing our employees with the tools and resources they need to succeed.The People Operations Specialist’s main responsibility shall be to provide administrative and operational support to the People team on dedicated projects with special emphasis on HR operations and recruitment.The position will be based in Copenhagen and reports to the Senior HR Director located in Oslo.Responsibilities

• Support hiring teams in recruitment processes with special focus on jobs posting, candidates vetting, scheduling interviews, initial screening under the supervision of a Recruiter or HR Business Partner.
• Assist in maintaining the internal HR information systems and ensure accurate and up to date information
• Coordinate employees’ onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in setting up and organizing L&D events, including scheduling, registration and logistics
• Maintain accurate records of all L&D activities, including participant tracking and budget management
• Engage with our remote colleagues to foster collaboration, clear communication and an inclusive working environment

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources or similar

• Minimum of 2-4 years working experience in the Human Resources field
• Knowledge of HR Information System like HiBob would be a plus
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Self-driven, proactive at identifying and executing on opportunities
• Accurate and focused on details, able to handle confidential information
• Team player with ability to work in a distributed and international environment
• Ability to see the full process flow of information and actions
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Ability to handle and be flexible in an environment with high pace and frequent changes of priorities
• Great people skills, both on- and offline
• Positive and service-minded attitude
