We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey!Your MissionWe are looking for a proactive, engaging and energetic People Operations Coordinator to join our Netherlands office. This role will be 80% people operations duties and 20% office duties.Reporting to the Senior People Operations Business Partner based in London, you will be providing hands-on support with general people operations across the EMEA & APAC region and will be the key people operations contact in the Netherlands as well as be responsible for maintaining and replenishing our office.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:People Operations Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all NL employees, advising on day-to-day queries
  • Process all expense reports for the EMEA & APAC region
  • Manage the onboarding process for the Netherlands including liaising with IT on equipment, line managers on first day arrangements, and supporting new joiners on their first day
  • Update the HRIS system with new joiners, leavers, and employee changes
  • Enroll and terminate employees onto our benefits and pension schemes in a timely manner
  • Process visas and 30% tax ruling applications
  • Support the Agile Team with the implementation of events and initiatives for the Netherlands such as the Christmas party, national events and Company celebrations
  • Creating ad-hoc team activities for our employees in the Netherlands to boost engagement
  • Support the Senior People Operations Business Partner with ad-hoc people operations and employment matter requests

Office Responsibilities

  • Manage the relationship with the building management team, working with them on maintenance, repairs and improvements
  • Ownership of office lease, supplies, stationary, groceries, watering plants and general cleanliness
  • Handle all postage and courier enquiries
  • Keep up to date with health & safety standards in the office and updating our assessments
  • Process invoices for the EMEA & APAC region
  • Support the Director of Merchant Boarding with office tasks as and when required

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in people operations
  • Basic level of understanding on Netherlands employment law, regulations and benefits
  • Proactive, good organizational skills and a high level of initiative
  • Flexible attitude to adapt to requirements to keep up with rapidly developing company and to show wiliness to offer additional support
  • Good ability with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn and develop

Working Language

  • English (written and spoken) is the language used most of the time, as work colleagues, clients, and strategic suppliers are geographically dispersed. Dutch would also be preferable but not necessarily required
