Role waiting for you
As our new People Leader for Network Connectivity you will join Global IT Operations – Production Infrastructure and play a key role in ensuring strong change management, help design clear organizational processes, motivate and develop our people, and ensure focus on operational stability.
Additionally, your key responsibilities will include:
-Long-term competency and skills development, such as people career development and motivation including coaching and mentoring
-Foster diversity, inclusion and high performance
-Annual FTE budget planning based on capacity needs and ensuring short- and long-term capacity plan for the team
-Strategic workforce planning, ensuring our organization and your team are ready for future needs
-Building strong personal and professional competencies in our team to deliver on our ambitious strategy
Skills we look for
To succeed in this role, we expect you to tick most of the following:
-An academic background in a relevant field e.g. Business, IT, Engineering, HR or Computer Science
-At least 5 years of experience leading and managing IT teams (with interest or experience already with networks and firewall)
-Strong Coaching and Team Building Skills
-Performance management, goal setting and naturally foster a feedback culture
-Experience with supporting a transformation through personal advocacy, engagement, stakeholder management and leadership (preferably supported with certification or practical experience with Agile methodologies)
On a personal level you have an inclusive mindset and have a focus on diversity. You are using your empathy to ensure a sustainable work environment, building trust, empowering and motivating teams and accelerating people’s development. You are proactive, can ask for help and comfortable in setting direction. You are fluent in written and spoken English.

Our Production IT Infrastructure department is responsible for setting the direction of a global uniform IT infrastructure in Product Supply by delivering compliant operations, effective IT Security controls and best-practice infrastructure standards.
Moreover, our department look after the definition, implementation and maintenance of Product Supply IT network infrastructure (PSnet) supporting the manufacturing equipment and applications that are used in the production process. PSnet can be seen as a large network that connects and aligns all the Novo Nordisk productions networks in a uniform, secure and regulated approach.
