Leading our Business Analysts and higher-level Supporters by coaching and developing their competencies is your main focus. You are responsible for ensuring high team engagement, setting direction and clearly communicating current and future priorities.In the role as People Leader in an agile context, your key responsibilities will include:
- Being the Direct Manager for around 15 IT Business Analysts and high-level Supporters
- Attracting, onboarding, hiring, coaching, mentoring and development of people – including reward and performance management
- Help building Agile, personal, and professional competencies
- Driving Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) to succeed as a partner for Development
- FTE budgeting and general department budgeting and follow-up
- Facilitating cross-organisational knowledge sharing
You will partner closely with other People Leaders and join an engaged People Leader Group to ensure that we establish and drive a strong collaboration. Your people is working across several Teams and Agile Release Trains.What we scout forWe are looking for someone who is passionate about IT and People Leadership and gets energized from working with people in a fast-moving environment. You excel at being a servant leader for people. You like to challenge the status quo and inspire the people in the team.The ideal candidate for this position should meet the following requirements:
- An academic background in a relevant field e.g., Business, IT, Engineering or Computer Science
- 3+ years of leadership experience from a similar role
- Experience in navigating in large organizations
- Experience supporting a lean-agile transformation through personal advocacy, engagement and leadership
About DD&IT Development
You will be part of DD&IT Development and you will primarily be located in Søborg, Denmark. We are a dedicated team of around 175 people in Denmark and 75 in India, responsible for the implementation & development, support & maintenance and operation of projects and applications working closely together with our colleague in the line of business.
