  • Lead and implement the People experience partnering global strategy within the assigned area.
  • Support local managers with daily People needs.
  • Manage and implement key processes related to the employee lifecycle.
  • Validate and implement labor relations strategy aligned with business needs.
  • Provide advisory services to leaders and employees on various People Topics.
  • Implement improvements in productivity through process review and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Participate in meetings with unions and support labor relations activities.
  • Promote a culture of safety and self-care within the organization.

  • At least 10 years of experience within People/HR functions working with Hire to Retire processes, continuous feedback, and operational excellence.
  • Global Experience with effective customer-oriented services
  • Educational background within Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Advanced English capabilities. Other languages are a plus.
