- Partner with Leaders across all our European countries to accomplish business objectives through the application of thoughtful, intentional and innovative people support. Act as the expert delivering coaching in talent and performance management, employee relations, change management. Influence and inspire Leaders by championing the company’s core values.
- Partnership with Regional Managers to truly understand business & talent needs
- Lead the implmemetation of core HR cyclical activities, delivering training and parterning with managers on follow-through actions
- Management of works councils, unions and employee reps, facilitating implementing changes to CBA changes.
- Independently guiding managers through Employee Relations cases and determining approaches / minding of precendents
- Leading implementation EMEA initiatives relating to engagement and retention, as defined by the HR managers
- Manager coaching and advice on complex people matters (e.g. performance, absence, conduct)
- Supporting HR managers with org design and change management projects
- Holding business to account for upholding culture and behaviours
- Creation & simplication of policies and supporting application by the business (e.g. through coaching)
- Making recommendations on compensation offers
- Compiling and analysing people data metrics and providing recommedations
Qualifications, skills & experience
- 5 – 8 years’ HR experience
- Ideally some experience as senior advisor / business partner
- Employment legislation understanding for European countries; Spain essential, other countries and Italy would be beneficial
- Negiating and dealing with elected employee reps, Spanish Unions and CBA’s
- Fluent Spanish and English speaker
- Experience leading Employee Relations cases in Spain. Other countries would be beneficial

Role ClassificationYour role is classified as remote worker.
