KeepIt is looking for a People & Culture Manager to join our passionate People & Culture team in Denmark. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this position plays a pivotal role in our preparations for continued expansion, ensuring the seamless optimization of People & Culture workflows and processes while supporting the organization as we grow. Based in our Copenhagen headquarters, the People & Culture manager will lead the local People & Culture Team.With approximately 400 colleagues globally, we represent more than thirty different nationalities working together to promote trust and security in a world transforming towards new levels of digitalization.Key Responsibilities include :
- Proactively identify and address People & Culture challenges associated with scaling up operations.
- Act as a business partner for the organization and gradually build up a business partner function.
- Drive and manage the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of People & Culture solutions and processes to align with the evolving needs of a rapidly growing organization.
- Streamline and standardize People & Culture workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- In charge of drafting employment contracts and addendums in Denmark ensuring an optimal workflow in the onboarding of new employees.
- Manage compensation and benefits offerings and supporting tools to ensure we remain competitive as an employer in Denmark.
- Manage international assignments and relocations.
- Establish and maintain People & Culture metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of People & Culture programs and initiatives.
- Manage People & Culture software and systems and implement and maintain tools and technologies to facilitate seamless communication and information-sharing across departments and countries.
Qualifications:
- A strong background from a variety of HR roles with comprehensive knowledge of Danish labor laws
- Experience from working with scaling companies.
- Extensive HR operations and business partnering experience, and preferably managing employees in these roles.
- Experience working with an international organization, specifically working in the SaaS industry is an advantage.
- Experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (demonstrated advanced skills in excel is preferred).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle employee relations effectively.
- High level of cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt to different business environments.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
