About the role
We are looking for a People & Culture Intern to join the iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano and support our team in all activities related to employee experience, administration, and HR operations.
You will be the first point of contact for employees and candidates entering the People & Culture Office, representing the department with professionalism, warmth, and a guest-oriented approach.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR within a luxury hospitality environment, working closely with the Regional Director of People & Culture and the entire P&C team.
What you will do
- Support the P&C team in daily administrative and operational tasks;
- Maintain and update all computer records;
- Develop and design employee engagement communications using Canva
- Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information and medical files;
- Welcome and assist employees, candidates, and visitors to the P&C Office;
- Handle basic inquiries via phone, email, and in person;
- Assist in onboarding activities and Learning & Development processes;
- Contribute to employee events, recognition initiatives, and ESG-related activities;
- Help coordinate communication between departments;
- Manage tasks with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
What you bring
- Strong interest in Human Resources / People & Culture;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A positive, service-oriented attitude;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork;
- Good level of English; additional languages are a plus;
- A creative mindset and the ability to bring personal energy and enthusiasm.
