La risorsa selezionata avrà l’opportunità di fare un’esperienza di training on the job nell’ambito della gestione delle risorse.

La persona verrà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:

• supporto alle Business Unit e alle Funzioni nella realizzazione delle attività HR

• gestione dei processi dell’Employee Life Cycle con operazioni sul gestionale Workday

• talent acquisition e talent management

• sviluppo e analisi di dati HR, con l’obiettivo di realizzare dashboard, predisporre presentazioni e fornire dei dati statistici per guidare la definizione delle strategie HR

• scrittura di comunicazioni interne per dare evidenza dei cambi organizzativi

• supporto nella gestione di progetti strategici di cambiamento

• elaborazione di dati Excel e presentazioni PowerPoint

• predisposizione di documenti HR e supporto nelle attività di relazioni sindacali

• Attività di DE&I

Requisiti:

• Proattività e dinamismo

• Laurea in discipline economiche o umanistiche

• Interesse per le tematiche HR

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2 o superiore)

• Conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Outlook, Excel e PowerPoint

• Accuratezza nell’analisi dei dati, predisposizione verso gli strumenti digitali e precisione

• Riservatezza, predisposizione alle relazioni e ottime doti comunicative

Si offre uno stage extracurriculare della durata di 3 mesi, con possibilità di proroga.

È previsto un rimborso spese ed erogazione di buoni pasto
