We are expanding our People & Culture team of 20 dedicated people to keep pace with the fast growth of the FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies Denmark (FDBD) site in Hillerød. We are currently building new production facilities and will over the next years grow with around 600 new employees in Denmark. At the same time, we are becoming more global in the way we organize and work across sites. We are not only building in Denmark, but also in North Carolina making us one of the largest CDMO’s in the world. We have a very exciting journey ahead of us, hope you are ready to join?We are looking for a new key role to lead our team of People & Culture Business Partners and our small but efficient Operations team at the Hillerød site. The People & Culture Director, Business Partnering and Operations will be part of the Site People & Culture Leadership team.Besides your leadership role you will also be driving and participating in several key initiatives across the site. This could be implementation of new concept for growth conversations, cross functional organizational design and change management projects and initiatives to keep building our great company culture. You will also participate in global projects across our sites and drive initiatives to optimize our P&C infrastructure locally.First and foremost, you are a great people leader and a true team player, who likes to inspire and challenge status quo in an ambitious but collaborative spirit. As a person you thrive to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and can prioritize.The ideal candidate holds the following;

  • Know yourself as a leader and can identify your leadership style with our People Fundamentals
  • Experience from a broad range of P&C disciplines like organizational development, change management, process improvement, people analytics, talent management and cultural engagement
  • Preferable P&C Business Partner experience
  • Great interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent Master level
  • Experience from working with different cultures
  • Write and speak English on business level
