IKEA Copenhagen is one of 3 Customer Meeting Points in the greater Copenhagen area, with a clear aim of creating a convenient omnichannel customer experience with a one market approach.Key responsibilities (title) Who you areKey responsibilities (text) You enjoy working in a fast-paced operational environment where you will act as central part of the People & Culture daily operations with a lot of interactions with all other functions in the store. We think that you have a passion to create structure, routines and processes in a busy everyday life applying a strong sense of urgency and prioritizing within the many tasks at hand.To be successful in this role you have the desire to challenge existing ways of working to constantly create new and better ways of doing things whilst using all the existing and new IKEA P&C tools.You thrive being part of a team, as well as being a self-starter, comfortable to work autonomously within your areas of responsibility and you have administration work experience, preferably within P&C or HR processes and routines and are looking for a role where you can develop and grow within the HR field.In this role, you will play a significant part in the introduction of new employees to the store, where you will be responsible for organizing all practical arrangements and ensuring relevant that documentation, training and work clothes are in place for our new staff.Your responsibilities will include, but not be excluded to:
– Maintenance of personnel data and securing compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies,
– Contributing to an important focus on sustainability as a theme in all respects,
– All P&C relating administration tasks,
– Administrative tasks in various IT systems,
– Support for managers and employees in connection with salary and collective bargaining issues,

  • Your working time will vary based on the business need but with large flexibility within the working week. You will have some evening and weekend work.
  • Salary within IKEA’s salary policy based on your competencies and including pension.
