By working closely with other departments, including HR and finance, the Reward team ensures that the firm’s compensation structures are designed to support career progression, promote well-being, and recognise individual and team contributions to the firm’s success.The RoleThe Senior Manager, HRIS and People Analytics will be instrumental in leveraging HR systems and championing the use of HR systems and data analytics in enhancing operational efficiency and guiding strategic decisions. This key role will drive technological innovation within HR ensuring our HR practices are effectively aligned with our organisational goals.As the subject matter expect this role will lead on several key projects on our HRIS roadmap include the implementation and roll out of a new Performance Management Solution, a People Analytics Tool and a Ticketing and Workflow solution.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of HRIS and people analytics strategies that align with the firm’s objectives and HR operational needs
- Manage and enhance our HR systems for optimal performance and user experience
- Lead the rollout and integration of key HRIS projects, including new performance management, people analytics tools, and workflow solutions
- Ensure HRIS data integrity and system performance through diligent maintenance and upgrades
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to seamlessly integrate HRIS with other organisational systems and platforms
- Design and deliver insightful reports and dashboards that provide insights into workforce metrics, helping to inform decision-making and strategy
- Produce regular reports and logically structured presentations to present findings and trends to senior leaders
- Drive and champion process improvement and automation to elevate the HRIS ecosystem and deliver enhanced capabilities
- Uphold strict data protection standards and manage sensitive information responsibly
- Support enhancing data literacy and competencies across the HR team
- Oversee HRIS vendor relationships and provide leadership and direction to direct reports.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in People analytics, cloud-based HRIS management (preferably SAP SuccessFactors), and data-driven decision-making
- Proven supervisory experience with a hands-on and collaborative approach to team leadership
- Proficiency in data analytics tools, such as PowerBI, and advanced database skills
- Strong knowledge of People metrics, KPIs, and reporting best practices
- Strong project management abilities with a track record of leading successful technology-driven HR initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Solid understanding of HR processes and data, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Comprehensive knowledge of data protection regulations with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Education and qualifications in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferable
- A passion for leveraging technology to drive HR innovation and continuous improvement.
