Job description

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Pega application support, including hands-on experience in monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Certification: Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in monitoring Pega applications and performing log analysis for troubleshooting and debugging.
  • Experience in accepting and analyzing support tickets and executing root cause analysis as part of problem management.
  • Ability to perform application changes and deployments using Pega Deployment Manager.
  • ITIL Certification: ITIL certification is preferred. If not currently certified, candidates must be willing to complete the ITIL Foundation exam within 6 months of the start date.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in pre-production and production environments, handling complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in a BizDevOps setup.
