• morning catch-up with Team Leader with the whole Cross Country team,
• preparing scheduled checks and reports for the Personal Administration team,
• monitor the progress of the process by cooperating with the team and the business partner,
• contribute to developing documents,
• identify needs for improvements and simplifications,
• FIKA, a coffee break (virtual or on the office patio),
• continue processing in the system,
• work in Excel, e.g., extracting a report from the system,
• meeting with other team members about e.g., passing on another portion of knowledge in the field of a given process,
• lunch (if in the office, together with the team, or in the canteen),
• self-learning, e.g., e-learning on a training platform on cultural differences or Excel,
• reviewing company news, e.g., checking who won the competition for the best photo promoting a healthy lifestyle.
