#LI-HybridDo you have a passion for Payroll and Time Management processes, that can seamlessly support both global and local HR operations?Apply to this superb opportunity where you will dedicate to deliver high quality and accurate solutions through collaborative efforts across the organisation!Please note the work location is Billund, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.Core ResponsibilitiesResolve complex issues within payroll, absence and attendance areasBe a process guardian when introducing new business or legal requirements, and ensure we have effective processes on a global levelResolve change requests together with our Digital organization and business usersParticipate in exciting projects related to Payroll and Time Management for factories, stores and officesWork closely with our ServiceDesk and Employee Service Operations to ensure an excellent service to our colleagues globallyInnovate and develop for simplification and automation where possiblePlay your part in our team succeedingBusiness Processes & Information (BPI) is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of Finance & HR processes as well as process expertise and interaction on finance, controlling as well as business & tax processes, process documentation, training, and project portfolio.Our mission is to develop and maintain efficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with IT solutions. You will be based in Billund and join a distributed team of more than 70 dedicated colleagues.Do you have what it takes?Proficient in business process work, ideally within a global company setting5+ years experience of specialist knowledge into Time & Attendance and payroll processes and technologyKnowledge of end to end HR processes and HR Technology vendors (Workday)A keen attention to detail, coupled with a mindset geared towards legal and compliant process designFamiliarity with agile ways of workingAs an individual, you embody curiosity, courage, and excel as a collaborator with excellent communication skills.
