Open up opportunities with HPE.Job Description:We are currently looking for Payroll Specialist with Spanish to join our organization!How you will make your mark:Processing and responsibility for correct and timely payroll calculation in accordance with legal requirements and all labor law requirements and company agreementsActive support of employees, their managers, and clients in areas of Payroll service (CRC, email) in regard to income tax, social security and all others inquires that belong to Payroll operations aspectsPreparing ad hoc reports related to payroll process, analyzing them and giving appropriate expertiseProcessing payroll transactions in accordance with the procedures and legal law requirements in the countries, that the service is providing for with the highest time and quality standards agreed with clientResolving complex queries from the client and support in resolving escalationsImmediate preparing and updating SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) in case of any process change confirmed by local officeEffective resolution of any administrative issues or other current issues in timely matter in accordance with procedures and company politicsActive support in issues resolution reported by clientActive participation in achieving quality goals (KPI metrics) and process improvementsActive participation in executing of process improvements and around process tasks (i.e., Knowledge Management, internal files, Share points, procedures etc.)Maintaining data correctness in payroll files and systems (i.e., GV, EeTime, Workday, other)About you:First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience.Fluency in Spanish and English.Payroll experience will be an advantage.Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).Good communication skills.Good teamwork skills.Additional Skills: Accountability, Accountability, Active Learning (Inactive), Active Listening, Bias, Big Data Analytics, Coaching, Commercial Acumen, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Customer Centricity, Design Thinking, Digital Transformation, Empathy, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Follow-Through, Growth Mindset, Intellectual Curiosity (Inactive), Internal Controls, Long Term Planning, Management of Change, Managing Ambiguity, Numerical Data Analysis, Policy Management, Problem Solving Mindset {+ 4 more}What We Can Offer You:Health & WellbeingWe strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.Personal & Professional DevelopmentWe also invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are.
