You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.We are looking for:Payroll Specialist with GermanYour future role:Handling the monthly payroll process for German Clients,Preparing monthly reports and issuing employment certificates,Direct contact with the client, handling employee inquiries.Apply if you have:A university degree,2+ years experience in German payroll,Proficiency in English, enabling fluent communication both verbally and in writing, and a minimum of B2 level in German,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office,An ability to work with various Payroll & HR systems and reports,Analytical skills, attention to details, dynamism in action, team working skills, good work organization.Nice to have:Willingness to learn and to acquire knowledge of labor law regulations in various countries,Previous experience related to personnel administration, including employee documentation and/or labor law regulations from other countries.By joining us you gain:Work flexibility – hybrid working model, flexible start of the day, workation, sabbatical leave,Development and upskilling – our full support during onboarding process, mentoring from experienced colleagues, training sessions, workshops, certification co/financed by PwC and conversations with native speaker,
