What You’ll Be Doing:

* Oversee payroll operations for multiple countries, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
* Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations across 5 different countries .
* Work closely with HR, Finance, and external partners to maintain smooth payroll operations.
* Handle discrepancies , resolve payroll issues, and ensure proper reporting for internal and external audits.
* Continuously optimize payroll processes to enhance efficiency across the region.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience : Proven experience in payroll management , ideally handling multiple countries.
* Affinity to the food industry
* English is a must as you’ll be communicating internationally.
* Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in various countries.
* Expertise in using payroll systems and HR software.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes.
