Job description
We are looking for a Payroll Officer to process and validate international payroll, manage payroll administration, and ensure accurate reporting. You will handle contracts, timesheets, tax declarations, and employee inquiries related to salary and leave. Additionally, you will oversee insurance management and support month-end closing activities.Your responsibilitiesPrepare, process, and validate international payroll for both white- and blue-collar employees.Knowledge of following payrolls is a plus: Austria, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Cyprus, UK, Latin-America,Review payroll output reports to ensure accurate processing of variable data.Perform timely and accurate month-end closing activities.Provide payroll-related management reports to internal departments (Finance, Planning, HR) and external parties (tax authorities, pension providers).Handle payroll and personnel administration tasks, including:Preparing contractsCollecting and processing timesheetsManaging input forms (e.g., cost claims)Preparing foreign tax declarations (Shadow payrolls)Processing personal data in the HR information systemServe as the main point of contact for employees regarding salary, leave, and sick leave.Prepare cost calculations related to payroll.Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date management of various insurances (pension, disability, health).Your profilePayroll experience is a must.Advanced experience with Excel, MS Office, and Workday.Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.Fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English.Team player with a proactive, accurate, and customer-oriented mindset.Knowledge of following payrolls is a plus: Austria, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Cyprus, UK, Latin-America.Our offerNo two days the same: With projects all over the world across multiple sectors, there’s always something new to add to our 140 years of know-how.Awesome colleagues: An amazing, international team fully dedicated to exploring new horizons, together.An environment where you can flourish: The perfect combination of the freedom to make the role your own and collaborative, supportive teamwork.Continuous development: a training pathway that allows you to develop yourself personally and professionally.Exploration: The opportunity to develop and explore your own horizons with locations across the globe.An extensive mobility program for a healthy work-life balance.A people-oriented environment with an interactive health program and a focus on employee wellbeing.
