What sets us apart is our in-depth understanding of each partner (being their best influencer!), addressing not only their needs but also capturing their essence.Currently seeking an HR Manager – HRSS for one of our partners, a Global company with international presence in the United States, China, and Europe.This person will be responsible for, but not limited to, processing payrolls for multiple companies/countries accurately and timely. Ensure compliance with Government local payroll laws and regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues efficiently. Deliver quality customer service in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Partners with our HR Team, suppliers, payroll vendors, to resolve payroll issues and ensure that all taxing liabilities are properly remitted.The Role:

  • Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll runs, including calculating wages, deductions, and overtime.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions such as salaries, benefits, garnishments, and taxes.
  • Cooperate effectively with the payroll vendors in the countries to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Review and validate timekeeping data for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Process monthly/quarterly Expat shadow payroll entries and 3rd party relocation entries.
  • Provide support to both internal and external audit inquiries.
  • Verify and audit payroll changes entered by HRSS for processing with established deadlines.
  • Respond to employees with questions regarding their payroll information.
  • Maintain payroll support documents per internal policies and procedures.
  • Complete payroll reporting requirements per regulations.
  • Drive change by collaborating on procedures to streamline payroll processes.
  • Assist in special projects as assigned by management.
  • Stay updated on State and local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Ensure payroll processes comply with all relevant laws, including tax regulations and wage and hour laws.
  • Prepare and submit required payroll reports and filings, including tax forms and employment records.

Please, consider applyng if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5 years centralized payroll processing experience, preferred with ADP Streamline, ADP Celergo or SD Worx payroll solutions.
  • Payroll Association certification preferred
  • Understanding of, and experience with, the Oracle HRIS System preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant payroll, income tax laws, and regulations in a multi-country setting required
  • Experience with severance and relocation preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Written and verbal communications skills in one of the languages (French or German)
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Detail orientated with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of payroll processing systems and other related accounting principles
  • Enthusiasm for teaching and helping others
  • Passion for payroll and technology
  • You are living in Barcelona, Sant Cugat, or nearby to meet once a week.
